Lexi Martindale
Assistant Coach

This is Lexi’s third year coaching at Platinum. She has coached the Junior coed team for 2 years and is now currently coaching the Mini team and the Junior team. Lexi has more than 13 years experiencing in cheerleading. She first started cheering for Pop Warner when she was 5 years old in Georgia. While living in Georgia she was part of Martinez-Evans Dance Studio as well as Hayden’s Gymnastics Academy. When Lexi moved to California she joined Platinum just as Platinum was opening its doors. Through junior high and high school, Lexi has been a part of Platinum’s award winning Junior, Junior Co-Ed, Senior and Senior Co-Ed teams as well as cheered for Crescenta Valley High School. Now attending Azusa Pacific University, Lexi cheered for her university along with Cheer Empire Monarchs’ Open, 10-time National Championship team. Through Platinum, Lexi has learned the value of teamwork, time management, leadership skills, responsibility and good sportsmanship. Being a coach, Lexi does not only teach stunts, dance and tumbling, she incorporates all of these life skills while with the kids. She wants every child to have just as an amazing experience as she did when she was a Platinum cheerleader.
