Level One/ Two Tumbling: Athletes in level one tumbling learn and work on skills such as forward rolls, cartwheels, handstands, roundoffs, standing backhandsprings and roundoff backhandsprings. (Prerequisite: None)
Level Two/ Three Tumbling: Athletes in level two tumbling learn and work on skills such as roundoff backhandspring series, roundoff backhandspring back tucks, standing backhandspring back tucks and standing back tucks. (Prerequisite: Standing backhandspring and roundoff backhandspring)
Level Four/ FiveTumbling: Athletes in levels three and four tumbling learn and work on skills such as roundoff backhandspring layouts, roundoff backhandspring fulls, standing back tucks, standing fulls and standing series ending in a layout and a full. (Prerequisite: Standing multiple backhandspring and roundoff backhandspring tuck)
